At Alayabystage3, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure that the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original Alayabystage3 tags and packaging attached.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.
Receive Refund
After the item passes our warehouse quality check, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
